Working together to improve SEND understanding

Clear Steps works with schools, community organisations and workplaces to support greater understanding of SEND and neurodivergence. We combine professional and lived experience to deliver accessible workshops, practical guidance and collaborative support.

Workshops for schools and organisations.

Topics can include neurodivergence, sensory differences, emotional regulation, communication and behaviour, demand avoidance, school-related difficulties, supporting families through SEND processes and reasonable adjustments.

We can discuss your priorities and agree a session relevant to your staff, families or community. These are workshops, not accredited training.

Workplace inclusion

We offer workshops and practical discussions on sensory needs, communication differences, expectations, adjustments and recognising barriers that may not be immediately visible.

Working with schools and community partners

We welcome opportunities to host parent/carer workshops, provide SEND information sessions, explore family engagement, deliver staff workshops or develop collaborative programmes responding to an identified need.
