Founded by Katy Jenner and Gemma Randall, Clear Steps SEND CIC is rooted in personal experience and professional expertise. We understand the challenges families face in the SEND journey.
With backgrounds across education, NHS services and statutory SEND processes. We are trained facilitators of recognised, research-based parent programmes including The Cygnet Programme and Incredible Years, and have been part of delivering commissioned SEND support programmes on behalf of a local authority to help families build confidence and practical strategies around behaviour, communication and everyday challenges.
